SilenceMag has been developed specifically for siRNA delivery. These magnetic nanoparticles are coated with a unique cationic lipids formulation; providing the most efficient siRNA delivery systems available. It allows studying gene silencing at very low doses of siRNA due to the magnetic field mediated concentration of siRNA onto cells. This reagent is suitable for all siRNA applications and gives reliable high gene knockdown in numerous cell types. SilenceMag is also available fluorescently-labelled with TRITC (FluoMag-S).
