Application
This Mettler-Toledo melting point standard is used to calibrate the melting point instrument Mettler FP900 thermosystem.
Features and Benefits
Melting point calibration standard traceable to a primary standard from LGC, London Melting point evaluation performed in both thermodynamic and pharmacopeia modes for physically correct and heating rate dependent melting point determinations, respectively Available with certificates of analysis and safety data sheet A product of analytical standard grade to help meet the QC/QA requirements of melting point determination
General description
Mettler-Toledo calibration substance ME 18870, benzophenone (47-51 °C) is an analytical standard, ideal for the routine calibration of Mettler-Toledo melting point instrument. Its melting point value is an average of 6 to 12 measurements with a Mettler thermosystem MP90 melting point instrument that is calibrated against primary standards.
