Superdex^® has been used for the purification and characterization of a novel laccase from the edible mushroom Hericium coralloides. Superdex^® has also been used for the purification and mechanism exploration of a potential human hepatocellular carcinoma inhibitor from Bauhinia purpurea L. seeds.
