Application
4,4′-DDT may be used as a reference standard for the determination of the chlorinated pesticide:In water by solid-phase microextraction followed by gas chromatography (GC) coupled with an electron capture detector. In human biological samples by gas chromatography (GC) with mass spectrometry (MS) detector in tandem mode.It may also be used as a standard to spike milk samples during extraction method, further followed by column chromatography to determine organochlorine pollutants.Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique.
